We’re super proud of this team after being named a People’s Choice provider in Consumer NZ’s 2025 KiwiSaver satisfaction survey – for the sixth year running.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based on feedback from the people who matter most: you, our awesome members.

The 2025 survey showed overall satisfaction with KiwiSaver is improving – rising from 52% to 57% – but trust, communication and ethical investing remain top of mind for many.

Performance still matters most, but more and more Kiwis want to know their money is being invested in a way that aligns with their values.  That’s why we’re committed to keeping fees low, investing responsibly, and offering great customer service. 

We’re especially proud to be recognised for our focus on fairness and ethics – values at the core of everything we do. As the importance of retirement savings grows, we’ll keep working hard to help more New Zealanders retire with dignity.
