We’re incredibly proud to share that Simplicity has been named a Consumer NZ People’s Choice KiwiSaver provider for the seventh year in a row.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it comes directly from KiwiSaver members themselves. In Consumer NZ’s 2026 satisfaction survey, overall KiwiSaver satisfaction rose to 62% - but only a handful of providers earned People’s Choice status.

Simplicity co-founder Sam Stubbs says the award reflects the trust members place in the team every day.

“We started Simplicity to prove KiwiSaver could deliver good long-term outcomes without charging high fees or compromising on values,” says Stubbs. “To be recognised for the seventh consecutive year is something we’re hugely grateful for.”

This year’s Consumer NZ research also highlighted the financial pressure many New Zealanders are facing, with more people making hardship withdrawals or pausing contributions due to cost-of-living challenges.

“That makes keeping fees low even more important,” says Stubbs. “Every dollar saved in fees stays invested for our members’ futures.”
