Greetings from the team at Simplicity.  Here's wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2017. 

We had an incredible start to Simplicity in 2016, exceeding our annual targets within five weeks.

We couldn't have done it without you, and our team of amazing staff and volunteers.  We have more than 2,300 official members now and hundreds more being processed.

Our funds under management has now exceeded $65 million and our annual savings in fees to members more than $600,000. This is good news for charities who will benefit in our first year (at current numbers) by almost $30,000. Our first donation was delivered to Kaikoura earthquake relief efforts last month in the amount of $3,000.

As our membership grows, so will the fee savings, the charitable donations and the momentum of this great movement to make New Zealanders richer in retirement.

Next year promises to be even more exciting. Our recent nomination as Innovator of the Year, as part of the New Zealander of the Year Awards, has reinforced our status as a force for change and good in this country. 

We are grateful to have each and every one of you on board.
