The diversity philosophy is deeply entrenched in many aspects of New Zealand society.
In my lifetime I've seen dramatic changes in acceptable attitudes towards women's rights and opportunities. As the father of a teenage daughter, it really matters to me.
However, in corporate governance, we're a laggard. And in some boardrooms, it feels like it's never been considered.
