We’ve won Consumer NZ’s People’s Choice award for KiwiSaver for a second year in a row, after being awarded top marks in Consumer NZ’s 2021 KiwiSaver customer satisfaction survey.

“We are proud of our role in educating and improving financial services for New Zealanders. Our team works hard to offer a fair, valuable service, and it feels good to know that these efforts make a real difference in the lives of our customers,” said Craig Simpson, Simplicity’s Head of Operations.

In the survey, over 30 KiwiSaver providers were rated on measures such as communication, service, ease of use, fees and performance, and overall satisfaction.

"Our results show a big difference between the best and worst performers when it comes to keeping customers informed about what’s happening with their money," said Consumer NZ chief executive Jon Duffy.

We’re very proud to be amongst the best performers and to have won the People's Choice award two years running. We've also won Canstar’s Customer Satisfaction award for the last two years and were awarded Morningstar’s Fund Manager of the Year: KiwiSaver Award for 2021.
