Simplicity KiwiSaver has been named a finalist in the 2016 New Zealand Innovation Awards.
The nomination is for Innovation in Financial and Professional Services.
Louise Webster, CEO of NZI Council, commenting on the finalists for this year's competition said one of the biggest changes this year was a rise in entrants focused on making the world a better place.
“We saw a new wave of innovative businesses focused on solving social issues. These organisations are still profit making entities, but are driven by a purpose to help solve the world’s problems and have a global impact,” she said.
Separately Simplicity director Jenene Crossan was named as a finalist in the category of "Most Inspiring Individual".
Congratulations Jenene and to the other competitors. Looks like a fun night ahead.
