This fund invests mostly in unlisted shares of Simplicity Living Ltd. 
 Simplicity Living Limited is an unlisted built-to-rent company that develops, owns, and manages high-quality long-term rental homes in New Zealand's main centres.

Important Information

The Simplicity Living Wholesale Fund is available only to persons who qualify as wholesale investors under Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

This is not a retail offer. The Fund is not subject to the same disclosure, governance and investor protection requirements that apply to retail managed funds.

Prospective investors will be required to certify the basis on which they qualify as a wholesale investor and provide any supporting information reasonably requested by the Manager.

If you do not qualify as a wholesale investor, you must not rely on the Information Memorandum or apply to invest in the Fund.
